应用3.0T MR相位对比成像定量研究中脑导水管脑脊液流动的性别和年龄差异 被引量:8

摘要 目的应用3.0T磁共振电影相位对比成像定量研究活体不同年龄、性别中脑导水管脑脊液的生理性运动。方法无任何颅内病变的正常志愿者60例,分为六个年龄组:≤14岁组,15~24岁组,25~34岁组,35~44岁组,45~54岁组,≥55岁组。应用GEsignaEXCITE3.0THD磁共振扫描仪于中脑导水管水平行电影相位对比序列扫描,定位线与脑脊液流动方向垂直,获得中脑导水管脑脊液在一个心动周期内的峰值流速、峰值流量及流向。结果中脑导水管脑脊液的峰值流速在≤14岁儿童组与其余各组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用磁共振相位对比法测量中脑导水管脑脊液流速发现≤14岁儿童组脑脊液峰值流速明显高于成人组,而性别之间无差异。
