重视保乳手术在乳腺癌治疗中的地位 被引量：5

摘要 自从1973年Fisher进行NSABP B-06试验研究保乳手术的可行性以来，在西方发达国家以保乳手术替代改良根治术作为早期乳腺癌的标准术式已成为趋势。从20世纪80年代开始，全球关于保乳手术加放疗治疗早期乳腺癌的前瞻性研究都得出了相同的结论，即采用保乳手术加术后放疗等综合治疗早期乳腺癌的长期生存率和局部复发率与根治手术相同，
