乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的诊断和治疗现状 被引量:9

摘要 乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结清扫和术后化疔显著增加了乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿(breast cancer related lymphedema,BCRL)的风险。由于其病程长,且能导致多种后续并发症,严重影响患者的日常生活和工作,目前临床上仍缺乏有效的治疗方法。前哨淋巴结活检引入乳腺外科降低了腋窝淋巴结清扫率,但对腋窝淋巴结转移患者仍需要腋窝淋巴结清扫。
