摘要
对锅炉水冷壁管低频涡流检测系统进行了仿真研究,建立了低频涡流检测的有限元模型,仿真分析了水冷壁管的三维有限元计算,给出了2种典型的缺陷对应的响应结果,得出了感应信号随缺陷形状改变的大致规律,可用于锅炉水冷壁管低频涡流检测探头设计和实际检测的理论指导。
This paper makes some simulation analysis for the boiler water wall tube of low-frequency eddy current testing system,presents and analyses it's three-dimensional finite element model,then gives the results of typical response to the different shapes corresponding signal,and concludes the general trend of the boiler water wall tube's sensor signals.It is valuable to probe design about low-frequency eddy current testing system and the actual testing of theoretical guidance.
