摘要
江苏常熟发电有限公司SG-1025/16.81型亚临界压力一次再热控制循环锅炉采用微油点火技术,克服了正压直吹式制粉系统中速辊式磨采用弹簧定加载最小出力偏大的限制,经多次锅炉启停、调试等运行实践证明,燃油消耗量锐减,节油效果明显。改造后的应用经验可为同类型定加载直吹式制粉系统机组点火节能改造提供参考。
SG-1025/16.81 type sub-critical pressure,single reheat control circulation boiler for Changshu Power Corporation Limited introduce micro-oil ignition technology which overcome the minimums power restriction of spring fixing load that used to the roll type medium speed mill at the positive pressure direct-fired pulverized-coal system.It's proved that fuel consumption fall sharply by much experiment since the micro-oil technology introduced in the course of the boiler star-up,shut-down and co mmissioning.So fuel saving effect is obviously.The application experience can provide a reference for the ignition energy-saving retrofit to the same type of direct-fired pulverized-coal system.
