摘要
在1台20 kW的低NOx多功能燃烧实验台上进行天然气高级再燃实验,考察再燃区过量空气系数SR2,再燃区温度T2以及催化剂等固素对高级再燃脱硝效率的影响.当再燃区温度T2在1 150℃-1 300℃之间,再燃区过量空气系数SR2=0.99和0.95时,向再燃区内喷氨会提高脱硝效率.再燃区过量空气系数SR2=0.99时,向再燃区喷氨不能使脱硝效率得到明显的提高,在T2=1 300℃时甚至引起脱硝效率的下降.SR2=0.95时,T2=1 250℃时脱硝效串最高.在本实验温度范围,喷入催化剂Na2CO3可明显提高高级再燃的脱硝效率。
Investigations on advanced natural gas reburning were carried out on a multi-function low NOx teAbstract:st rig.The effects of stoichiometric ratio(SR2),temperature(T2) and N-promoter in/into reburning zone were evaluated.NOx reduction could be improved evidently with ammonia injected into reburning zone when SR2=0.9 and 0.95 at T2=1 150 ℃-1 300 ℃.Whereas NH3 injection had no evident effect on NOx reduction at SR2=0.99.NH3 injection at T2=1 300 ℃ deteriorated NOx reduction.NOx reduction at T2=1 250 ℃ was greater than that at T2=1 150 ℃ or 1 300 ℃ as SR2=0.95.NOx reduction of advanced reburning could be improved by injection of the promoter(Na2CO3) under the experimental conditions.
