摘要
阿伏加德罗常数的测定是一个经典的基础化学实验。为了提升教学效果和增强学生实验技能,对该实验进行了讨论和探究。考察了阿伏加德罗常数测定的由来和进展,重点阐述和探讨了电解法测定该常数的实验原理和方法,并从电极、电源、实验结果分析等几个方面进行了论述,对测定方法和测定仪器提出了改进建议。通过改进,该实验在培养学生科学的思维方法和实验技能等方面可以发挥更好的作用。
As a representative teaching experiment,the determination experiment of Avogadro constant is wildly placed on curricula in domestic colleges and universities.History and progress in the determination of Avogadro constant were reviewed.The principle and method of the experiment by electrolytic technique were analyzed and discussed with emphasis.Several views and opinions on exploration and reformation were proposed from aspects such as electrode,power supply and result analysis.Scientific thought and experimental ability of students were cultivated,and consequently the teaching effect was improved greatly.
