布-加综合征实验室建设探讨

Discussion on construction of Budd-Chiari syndrome laboratory

布-加综合征在我国黄淮流域有较高的发病率。随着介入放射学的发展,在我国,布-加综合征的介入治疗已经达到国际领先水平,但是有关布-加综合征的病因和发病机制的研究进展缓慢。针对布-加综合征基础病因的研究现状,徐州医学院成立了国内首个针对特殊疾病的实验室——布-加综合征实验室。通过流行病学、血管内皮与隔膜的组织、基因学研究等方法研究布-加综合征的发病机理。

Budd-Chiari syndrome（BCS） has a higher prevalence in Huang-Huai Rivers in China.With the deve-lopment of Interventional Radiology,the levels of BCS in the patients with intervening therapy have already been up to international advanced level,but the study of etiological factor and pathogenesis about BCS is developed slowly.In view of the current situation of the BCS etiology,the BCS laboratory is established.It is the first laboratory in our country,which aims at a special disease.The laboratory studies the pathogenic mechanism of the BCS by ways of epidemiology,vascular endothelial cells and membrane organization,genetics and so on.
