摘要
目前,存在着三种比较知名的跑道最大容量评估随机解析模型,即FAA,LMI及MACAD,其建模逻辑各有不同。通过对管制规则进行分析,综合了这三种模型中的合理建模逻辑,构建了新的单跑道容量评估模型。该模型考虑了飞机进近速度、公共进近段长度、飞机位置不确定性、跑道占用时间、间隔标准、机型组合等参数,最终输出结果为跑道容量包络。最后,给出了相应的算例以阐明不同建模逻辑对容量评估结果的影响,结果表明,对管制规则的准确理解是建模的关键,在评估不同机场的跑道容量时,还应根据其交通情况选择不同的建模逻辑。
Currently,there are three well known stochastic analytical runway ultimate capacity models,modeling logics of which are different from each other.Based on analyses of the air traffic control regulations,a new single runway ultimate capacity model,into which reasonable modeling logics of the three models were integrated,was established.The parameters such as aircraft approach speed,common approach path length,aircraft position uncertainty,runway occupancy time,separation minima,and aircraft mix,etc.were incorporated into this model to compute the runway capacity envelop.Computational example was given so as to compare the results obtained by the model with those of original LMI model.It shows that accurate interpretations of the air traffic control regulations are critical to the modal establishing.In addition,when evaluating a certain airfield's runway complex's capacity,researchers should select different modeling logics according to the airfield traffic conditions.
