我国现代金融业混业经营的研究——基于中国平安保险(集团)股份有限公司的案例分析

Research on Finance Mixed Operation in China

随着我国金融市场对外开放程度的提高,与国际金融市场的联系越来越密切,国际金融业的混业经营趋势对我国金融业现有的分业经营体制形成了较大的冲击。本文结合目前我国金融体制和经济环境的特点,在对国内外金融混业经营的利弊和约束条件进行分析的基础上,以中国平安集团的混业经营为例,系统分析了我国金融业混业经营的发展趋势。

With the improvement of China financial market opening level,the international finance markets is closer and closer,and the mixed operation of other country's finance market has given great impact on China current operating system. This paper,based on the characteristics of Chinese current financial system and the economic environment,analyzes the advantage,disadvantage and the constraint of international finance mixed operation.Taking Ping'an Group as an example,the paper also analyzes systematically the development tendency of China finance mixed operation.
