摘要 利用金相显微镜、SEM、XRD、恒流充放电、电化学阻抗及循环伏安法,研究了分散剂聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对正极材料LiFePO4性能的影响。往LiFePO4中加入0.1%PAM时,分散性能最好,能抑制活性物质团聚;以0.1C在2.7~4.2 V循环,正极的首次放电比容量从未添加分散剂时的132.6 mAh/g提高到了166.9 mAh/g,循环稳定性增强。 The influence of dispersant polyacrylamide(PAM) on the performance of cathode material LiFePO4 was studied by the metalloscope,SEM,XRD,galvanastatic charge-discharge,electrochemical impedance and cyclic voltammetry methods.The dispersion property was the best when adding 0.1% PAM into LiFePO4,it could restrain the agglomeration of activated material.The specific discharge capacity of cathode improved from 132.6 mAh/g(without adding dispersant) to 166.9 mAh/g when cycled at 0.1 C in 2.7~4.2 V,the cycle stability was improved.
