大学生心理咨询信任度量表的编制及信效度检验

Reliability and validity of Trust of Counseling Scale in college students

目的：编制大学生心理咨询信任度量表（Trust of Counseling Scale,TCS），并检验其信效度。方法：通过查阅文献、访谈、内容分析等方法编制题目。采用方便取样，对湖北省428名大学本科生进行问卷调查，进行探索性因素分析（n=279）和验证性因素分析（n=149）。随机抽取其中54名被试，隔半个月后重测，以检验重测信度。结果：（1）TCS共包含20个项目。探索性因素分析得出大学生对心理咨询的感知信任是一个四维结构，包括从业者能力、诚信可靠、行业规范性、善意；验证性因素分析拟合指数符合测量学要求。（2）总量表Cronbach α系数为0.86，各因素Cronbach α系数在0.72~0.84间；重测信度为0.74。（3）有咨询经历者“善意”因素得分高于无咨询经历者，“行业规范”因素得分上低于无咨询经历者（均P〈0.05）。结论：大学生心理咨询信任度量表结构明晰，具有良好的信效度，可以用来测查高校学生对心理咨询的态度，以检验学校心理健康中心的工作情况，或供咨询师参考。

Objective：To develop a questionnaire of trust of counseling in undergraduates,and test its reliability and validity.Methods：The structure of trust of the clients in counseling was proposed according to theoretical analysis,unstructured interview as the first step.Based on this structure of trust,preliminary questionnaire for trust of clients was developed.The questionnaire was given to 428 college students who were selected by convenient sampling in 3 universities in Wuhan.Results：With exploratory factor analysis（n=279）,the result indicated that the trust of clients in counseling consisted of professional ability,reliability,benevolence and trade normativity.The alpha coefficient was 0.86 and the test-retest reliability was 0.74.Then confirmatory factor analysis（n=279）was used（χ2/df=1.48,RMSEA=0.057,NFI=0.90,CFI=0.97,GFI=0.86）.People with and without counseling experiences had significant differences in benevolence and trade normativity （Ps〈0.05）.Conclusion：The results indicate that four dimension structure of the trust of students in counseling is supported and the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.It can be used to measure college students＇ attitude of psychological counseling to test the work of mental health center,or offer reference to the consultants.
