摘要
激光准直中 ,光束漂移是影响准直精度的主要问题 ,为了解决此问题 ,提出了用反馈控制法修正、补偿光束漂移的准直方案 ,对具体的实施方法进行了实验研究。其中 ,利用反馈系统调节反射镜的角度 ,来控制光束漂移一法 ,在激光器预热数分钟后 ,即可实现对光束的二维控制 ,精度可达 0 .1″(5× 1 0 - 7rad)
Light beam drift is an important problem which has influence on alignment accuracy in laser alignment. To solve the problem,this paper suggests an alignment project which can correct and compensate the beam drift by the method of feedback control,as well as puts concrete experimental methods into play. Among the methods,the method which adjusts the angle of reflector by feedback system and corrects the beam drift,after the laser device is preheaded several minutes,can bring two dimension control to bear on the beam,its accuracy can reach 0.1 seconds (5*10 rad).
