The construction of teaching teams is an important measure in teaching reforms and teaching quality improving in colleges and universities.In this regard,private universities have their own advantages and opportunities in spite of all the difficulties.It is suggested that private universities,after analyzing their difficulties and advantages,strengthen their team awareness,establish an incentive mechanism,and take efforts to shape their own features in organization and cultural atmosphere.
