构建大学生兼职利益诉求表达机制研究

On the Construction of a Mechanism Protecting College Students' Interest in Doing Parttime Jobs

大学生兼职已经成为校园中的普遍现象,但有关学生兼职的法制建设尚不完善,大学生在权益受到侵害时,维权意识淡薄,维权途径过窄,维权成本过高,常常使大学生兼职过程中权益遭受侵害时无法得到充分的维护。完善大学生利益诉求表达机制,应发挥宣传教育作用,树立维权意识;切实保护合法权益,做青年大学生的代言人;建立健全法制,维护大学生兼职权益;成立专门机构,建立高效的大学生兼职管理中心。

Doing parttime jobs is quite common among college students.On account of the incomplete legal system on labour market as regards students＇ doing parttime jobs,the rights of college students often have no way to be protected when infringed upon.Of course,other reasons may include the high cost for maintaining their rights,students＇ low awareness of right maintenance and few approaches to obtaining their rights.All these reasons can equally be understood as the problems we should make efforts to solve.
