To respond to Chinese national strategy of developing low-carbon economy,college and universities should quicken their step in constructing their energy-preserving and low-carbon campuses.The efforts should be taken to construct a low-carbon atmosphere in teaching,life and administration,participate in and lead the construction of low-carbon cities and society.
