摘要 肾动脉狭窄(RAS)所导致的肾血管性高血压,是继发性高血压常见病因之一,约占2%~5%.肾血管性高血压的发生主要是由于。肾血流的减少,导致肾素-血管紧张素.醛固酮系统(RAAS)被激活。目前已公认RAAS在肾动脉狭窄的病理生理过程中起重要作用,
