摘要
测井作业时 ,由于现场要实时解释多种测井数据 ,地面PC机的CPU非常紧张 ,为此设计了一种串行测井数据的PC机接收卡。采用 89C51单片机作为PC机的前级CPU ,分担同步的解码、串 /并转换及一些数据处理工作 ,将并行数据送入PC机。当有深度信号到来时 ,单片机立即进入深度中断服务程序 ,发送包括深度信息的一帧完整的数据信息到PC机 ,完成测井数据的实时解码与传输。软件解码并实时进行误码判断 。
During the process of logging, a variety of data need to be interpreted in real time by the CPU of PC. This paper introduces a plug in PC board, which frees the PC from serial logging data receiving. A single chip microprocessor 89C51 is used as a primary CPU in front of the the PC. It takes the responsibility of synchronous data decoding,converting serial data to parallel data, data processing,and transmitting parallel data to PC. As soon as the depth signal arrives,the single chip microprocessor 89C51 enters the depth interrupt service program,in which it sends a frame of data including depth information to the PC,and satisfies the decoding and transmission of logging data in real time. The board uses software decoding and errorcodes estimating when receiving data,thus the reliability of the system is greatly improved.
