Wang Jiuyuan's Experience in Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Male Infertility from Zang-fu Organs

王久源教授在治疗男性不育方面重视辨病和辨证相结合、宏观辨证和微观辨证相结合,辨证时强调应以脏腑(五脏)辨证为中心,阴阳、气血精津、六淫、痰瘀辨证为辅助,研究制定统一的辨证标准。

Wang Jiuyuan paid more attention to the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,the combination of macro syndrome differentiation and micro syndrome differentiation in the treatment of male infertility diseases.He stressed that syndrome differentiation should be centred on syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs,while differentiation of yin and yang,differentiation of qi,blood and body fluids,differentiation of six pathogenic factors,and differentiation of phlegm and blood stasis should be the secondary,and the unified standards of syndrome differentiation should be made.
