紫外分光光度法用于杀菌剂1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮的分析

Determination of 1,2-Benzisothiazolin-3-one by UV Spectrophotometry

运用紫外分光光度法测定了杀菌剂1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮(BIT)的含量,采用水作溶剂,在225 nm处测定BIT的含量.结果表明BIT在6.755×10-6～4.728×10-5mol/L范围内吸光度和浓度呈良好的线性关系(R=0.999 9),平均回收率为103.25%.该方法操作简单,重现性好,结果准确.

UV spectrophotometry for the determination of 1,2-Benzisothiazolin-3-one was developed.1,2-Benzisothiazolin-3-one was solved in water and the determination wavelength was set at 225 nm.The absorbance was proportional to the concentration in the range of 6.755×10-6 mol/L～4.728×10-5 mol/L and the recovery in real sample was 103.25%.The assay proved to be well reproducible,accurate,simple and reliable.
