摘要
提出用图像处理技术进行气液两相水平管流流态可视化研究的基本方法,并建立了实验装置。实验装置由实验环道、流场图像获取系统和数字图像处理系统组成。实验环道中包括一个由透明玻璃管制成的实验段,利用数字流场图像获取系统将获取的流场视频信号转换成数字信号送入计算机处理。以此为基础,在实验条件下研究了大量的气液两相流流态,对泡状流、柱塞流、断塞流、层状流和波状流等几种典型流态进行了深入的分析,得到了各种流态的生成条件及相互之间的转换规律。
In this article, with the help of image processing technique, a basic method of visualization analysis of gas liquid two phase horizontal pipe flow is proposed. An experimental setup, with which experimental investigations of gas liquid two phase flow patterns could be carried out, is designed and constructed. The setup is composed of experimental loop, image acquisition system and image processing system. One part of the loop is made of transparent tube. The appearance of gas liquid two phase flow patterns, observed in the experiments, could be recorded onto tapers with a CCD camera and a video recorder. The investigations and analysis of the image information recorded on tapers are implemented with image processing method. With this experimental setup, several flow patterns' investigations are carried out thoroughly. These patterns include bubble flow, slug flow, plug flow, stratified flow and wave flow. The conditions of generating and transmitting of all flow patterns are found out.
