阿片生长因子生物学功能研究进展

摘要 阿片生长因子,即甲硫氨酸脑啡肽,是一种重要的内源性阿片肽,在动物体内广泛分布并且参与神经系统、内分泌系统和免疫系统的调节作用,多年来一直受到重视。近年来,有人发现阿片生长因子作为负生长调节因子可以调节动物的生长发育。本文就近年来阿片生长因子生物学功能的研究进展进行简要介绍。 Opioid growth factor(methionine-enkephalins) is a kind of endogenous opioid peptides,they played an important adjustable role in the nervous,immune and endocrine systems,and people pay more attention to that.In recent years,opioid growth factor was found as a negative growth regulator can regulate the growth of animals.This article overviews the present advances of the physiological functions of methionine-enkephalins.
