肛垫下移治疗陈旧性肛裂100例体会

Experience in treatment of 100 cases of chronic anal fissure

目的:分析肛垫下移加肛管松解病变组织切除治疗陈旧性肛裂的疗效。方法:对100例陈旧性肛裂患者采用裂口上方肛垫下移、肛缘皮肤上移和切断齿状线下部分内括约肌并修剪、切除病变组织。结果:有效率为100%,治愈99例(99%),好转1例(1%)。结论:肛垫下移加肛管松解病变组织切除治疗陈旧性肛裂是一种安全可靠的治疗方法。

Objective：To analyze the effects of treatment for chronic anal fissure by combining the moving down the anal cushion and relaxation in fissure with resection of pathological tissue.Methods：Moving down the anal cushion,moving up the edge of analskin and cutting off the internal sphincter under the dentate line,then resecting the pathological tissue in 100 patients.Rusults：The overall effective was 100%,99 cases were cured（99%） and 1 case was improved（1%）.Conclusion：Combining the moving down the anal cushion,anal relaxation in fissure with resection of pathological tissue is a safe and useful for chronic anal fissure.
