探讨干预妊娠期细菌性阴道病对胎膜早破的影响

The influence of Bacterial Vaginosis in Pregnant Women on Pregnacy Outcme of Premature Rupture of Membrance

目的:探讨干预细菌性阴道病对妊娠结局发生胎膜早破的影响。方法:共选取妊娠期合并细菌性阴道病患者162名,随机分为两组,治疗组患者采用口服克林霉素方法进行干预,对照1组患者未进行干预,并随机选取正常妊娠女性为对照2组,分别观测三组胎膜早破的发生率。结果:治疗组胎膜早破的发生率为8.97%,对照1组为20.23%,对照2组为7.31%。结论:对于已经发生细菌性阴道病的女性患者要进行及时干预,避免不良妊娠结局胎膜早破的发生。

Objective：To explore the impact of interventon on bacterial vaginosis on pregnancy outcome of premature rupture of membrance.Method：162 pregnant with bacterial vaginosis patients were radomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with oral clidamycin,the others as control group 1 didn＇t have any intervention.At the same time,normal pregnant women were randomly selected as control group 2,without any intervention either.Incidence of premature rupture of membrance was observed by the researcher.Result：The incidence of premature rupture of the three groups is 8.97%,20.23% and7.31 respectively.Conclusion：Pregnant women with bacteria vaginosis should be dealted as soon as possible,in case of occurrence of premature rupture of menbarance.
