输液拔针后按压针眼新方法的观察

Observation of New Method of Pressing Sty after Withdrawal of Needles in Transfusion

目的:探讨静脉输液患者拔针后按压针眼的新方法,以提高护理质量,最大限度地减轻患者的损伤。方法:将440例静脉滴注患者随机分成两组,拔针后采用新方法按压针眼为实验组,采用传统方法按压针眼为对照组,0.5h后进行比较。结果:将实验组与对照组的成功率进行比较,有统计学意义(P<0.01),采用新方法后,患者成功率达到99%。结论:实验组的成功率超过对照组,新方法有临床应用价值。

objective：to explore the new method of pressing sty after withdrawal of needles in transfusion,in order to improve nursing quality and relieve the trauma on the part of the patients to the minimum extent.Methods：440 cases underwent transfusion were divided randomly nito two groups.The experiment group was given new method of pressing sty,but the control group used traditional method of sty pressing.Comparison was made after 0.5 hours.Result：There is statistical difference between the experiment group and control group（P0.01）.By new method,success rate reached 99%.Conclusion：Experiment group proves higher success rate than control group.The new method is worthy of wide application.
