Clinical Analysis of 29 Cases with Drug Fever

目的:分析药物热的药物分布及临床表现特点,提高药物热认识水平。方法:回顾性分析29例药物热患者用药情况、临床表现、诊治经过及病情变化。结果:致热药物17种;药物热热型多样,停药后体温下降时间不等,病情轻重不一;药物热患者更换抗生素或应用其它药物后病情加重。结论:药物热的药品、临床表现呈多样性。

Objective：Analyzed the characteristics of drug distribution and clinical manifestations of drug fever,to improve the understanding of drug fever.Methods：29 cases with drug fever were retrospectively analyzed about their conditions of medication,clinical manifestations,process of diagnosis treatment and disease change.Results：There exist 17 kinds of drugs inducing fever.The type of fever showed multiplicity.The time was different in the drop of body temperature after stopping drug and disease severity Varied.Conclusions：There were many kinds of distribution drug inducing fever.The clinical manifestations showed multiplicity.Disease severity might be aggravated in replacement or combination of drugs.
