乙肝两对半检测使用酶联免疫加速仪与传统法及不同试剂的对比

Comparison between the Application of Enzyme Linked Immunoassay Accelerometer with Traditional Method and Usage of Different Reagents in Two pairs of semi-hepatitis B Testing

采用酶联免疫反应加速仪与传统水浴箱两种仪器在使用相同诊断试剂条件下,分别对标准品血清、阴阳性对照血清、43份随即抽样血清使用酶联免疫吸附分析法进行乙肝两对半检测,并进行对比试验,判断两种仪器检测结果的线性、特异性、灵敏度和重现性。实验结果表明酶联免疫反应加速仪在大幅缩短反应时间的基础上,同时具有较好的线性、重现性、灵敏度和特异性。值得在临床推广使用。

under the same diagnostic and reagent conditions,ELASA and traditional water-bath box are used respectively on standard serum、negative and positive control serum、43 samples immediately sampling serum and contrasting experiment,judging the linearity、specificity、sensitivity and reproducibility of detection results of the two instruments.The experimental results show that Enzyme-link meter can greatly shorten the reaction time and have good linearity、specificity、sensitivity and reproducibility and it is worth using widely in clinical.
