安徽省立儿童医院对高危儿随访情况的分析

Analysis on the high-risk Children's follow-up status in Anhui Provincial Children's Hospital

目的：了解医院高危儿随访现状,找出存在问题,进行改进,使高危儿系统管理更加规范化、科学化。方法：以我院2008年1月1日~2010年8月2日就诊高危儿869例为研究对象,分析各类高危因素构成比、各类高危因素患儿随访次数及失访情况。结果：早产、窒息高危因素所占比例高;随着高危儿年龄增长,失访率也随之增高。结论：应定期总结并分析随访情况,加大对高危儿家长的宣教力度,降低失访率,完善随访体系,从而减少高危儿后遗症的发生。

Objective：To learn the high-risk children＇s follow-up status,find the existing problems,and improve the work,for the purpose of standarized and scientific system management.Methods：869 high-risk children cases between 2008.1.1~2010.8.2 were chosed to analyse the percentage of various high risk,the follow-up times of each risk factor and the loss of follow up situation.Results：The proportion of premature birth and asphyxia were high,with age growth,the rate of loss of follow-up have risen too.Conclusion：We should summarize the follow-up status regularly,increase the intensity of propaganda to the parents of high-risk children,to reduce the rate of loss of follow-up,and reduce the sequela rate of the high-risk children.
