表面等离子共振生物传感器的研究进展及发展趋势 被引量:7

摘要 20世纪初,Wood等根据衍射光栅的反常衍射现象,意识到表面等离子波(surface plasmon wave,SPW)的存在。1957年,研究者发现当电子穿过金属薄片时存在能量吸收峰,他将这种消失峰称之为"能量降低的"等离子体模式,并指出了这种模式与薄膜边界的关系,
