2006年鄱阳湖周边地区人群禽流感暴露及其感染状况调查

Investigation on Avian Influenza (H5N1) Infection of Risk-factor Exposure Groups in the Poyang Lack Region,2006

[目的]了解鄱阳湖周边人群H5N1禽流感病毒暴露及其感染状况。[方法]2006年5月,江西省疾控中心在候鸟栖息地鄱阳湖周边新建县南叽乡和永修县三角乡鄱湖村抽取部分人群,进行流行病学调查和禽流感H5N1抗体水平检测。[结果]调查254人,85.04%家中饲养禽类,其中19.44%饲养的禽类出现过病、死现象;9.84%直接接触过湖区及周边的野禽,接触时均未采取任何防护措施;血清禽流感H5N1病毒抗体均为阴性。[结论]未发现鄱阳湖周边人群感染禽流感病毒H5N1的证据。

[Objective]To investigate the avian influenza H5N1 infection of risk-factor exposure groups in the Poyang Lake region.[Methods]Residents from two villages beside the Poyang Lake were selected and investigated in May 2006.Their exposure ways were surveyed,and avian influenza H5N1 antibody was tested through horse blood hemagglutination inhibition test and the micro-neutralization test.[Results]254 respondents were investigated,and 85.04% of them raised some poultry in their family.19.44% Respondents in the raising families had found sick or dead poultry.9.84% Respondents contacted directly with migratory wild birds,and didn＇t take any effective protective measures.Through testing thire serum specimens,the respondents＇ H5N1 antibodies were negative.[Conclusion]In this investigation,no evidences are found to show these respondents infected avian influenza（H5N1）.
