摘要
[目的]对蜂胶的食用安全性进行毒理学实验评价。[方法]采用小鼠急性经口毒性试验、遗传毒性试验(A-mes试验、小鼠骨髓微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验)和30 d喂养试验进行检测评价。[结果]小鼠急性经口毒性MTD>10.0 g/kg.bw,三项遗传毒性试验结果均为阴性。30 d喂养试验未显示明显毒性。[结论]蜂胶软胶囊急性毒性分级属实际无毒级,无遗传毒性,按推荐量食用是安全的。
[Objective]To assess the edible safety of propolis capsule.[Methods]The toxicity was determined by acute toxicity test and thirty-day feeding tests.The genotoxicity of propolis capsule was tested by using micronucleus test in bone marrow cell,sperm shape abnormality test and Ames test.The teratogenicity was also assessed.[Results]The acute oral MTD in mice was over 10.0 g/kg·bw.The results of micronucles test in bone marrow cell,sperm shape abnormality,Ames test were negative.Thirty-day feeding tests showed no significant toxicity.[Conclusion]Propolis capsule belongs to the actual innocuous level and no-genetic toxicity,being used according to recommending amounts is safe.
