输入性恶性疟死亡1例

One Death Case of Imported Falciparum Malaria

[目的]明确1例疑似黄热病病例的诊断,探讨其死亡原因。[方法]对2010年2月15日十堰市人民医院报告的1例郧县籍疑似黄热病病人进行流行病学调查和实验室检查。[结果]病例有高疟区暴露史,血检恶性疟原虫阳性,因延误治疗,不治死亡。[结论]这是1例输入性恶性疟疾,延误治疗是导致死亡的原因。

[Objective]To clarify the diagnosis on one suspected case of yellow fever,explore the cause of death.[Methods]Epidemiological investigation and laboratory examination were conducted to one suspected case of yellow fever from Yunxian county,reported by Shiyan People＇s Hospital in February 15th,2010.[Results]The case had exposure history in hyperendemic area of malaria,Plasmodium falciparum were detected from the smear of the case,the case was dead because of delay treatment.[Conclusion]This was a case of imported Plasmodium falciparum malaria,delay treatment was the cause of death.
