2007～2009年周口市市级医疗机构消毒检测资料分析

Analysis of Disinfection Results in Medical Institutions of Zhoukou City,2007-2009

[目的]了解周口市市级医疗机构消毒效果,以预防和控制医院内感染,进一步提高消毒质量。[方法]对2007～2009年周口市12家市级医疗机构室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒剂和无菌医疗用品等消毒效果监测资料进行分析。[结果]2007～2009年共检测各类样品1 476份,合格率为88.69%。各年合格率分别为82.34%、88.77%、93.49%（P〈0.05）;室内空气、医务人员手、物体表面、使用中消毒液、无菌器械及敷料、压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率分别为83.82%、87.90%、92.20%、96.51%、97.30%、100%,不同样品合格率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。不合格样品均为细菌菌落总数超标。[结论]周口市市级医疗机构消毒质量有待进一步提高。

[Objective]To understand the status of disinfection efficacy in medical institutions of Zhoukou City,and to control and prevent hospital infections and improve efficacy of disinfection.[Methods]Disinfection efficacy of indoor air,object surface,the fingers of staff,using disinfectants and sterile medical articles of 12 medical institutions in Zhoukou city from 2007 to 2009.[Results]1 476 Samples were collected during 2007-2009,the eligible rate was 88.69%.The eligible rate were 82.34%,88.77%,93.49% from 2007 to 2009（P0.05）.The eligible rate of indoor air,the hands of staff,the object surface,the disinfectant solution in use,intermediates for APIs,nutraceuticals,rapid heating were 83.82%,87.90%,92.20%,96.51%,97.30%,100.00%（P0.05）.[Conclusion]There are some problems in disinfection of medical institutions of Zhoukou city.The mangement should be strengthened to improve efficacy of disinfection.
