Path Choice for Sustainable Economic Growth——with System Innovation as the Perspective

可持续增长是在为避免世界经济二次探底,确保经济的持续复苏的背景下提出来的。中国也面临着可持续增长的问题,其中制度创新可以继续作为经济可持续增长的助推器,因为中国在改革开放后的两次大规模制度创新都极大的推动了经济增长。当前制度创新的途径可以从公平竞争制度创新完全释放非公有制经济的活力、城镇化制度创新促进国内市场延伸、社会保障制度创新拉动消费以促进经济可持续增长等方面展开。

Sustainable growth was proposed to avoid the second recession of world economy and guarantee the sustainable economic recovery. China is also facing the sustainable growth among which system innovation can serve as the booster of sustainable economic growth because two large-scaled system innovations since China＇s reform and opening-up to the outside world both great drive the economic growth. At present, there are many paths to carry out system innova- tion： fair competitive system innovation can free the vitality of non-public sectors, urbanization system innovation can extend domestic market and social security system can drive consumption to promote sustainable economic growth.
