水处理装置扩容改造经济技术分析

摘要 介绍了石家庄炼油厂水处理装置能力由320t/h增加以600t/h的扩容改造工程。首先从生产实际出发,分析了水处理存在问题及解决这些问题的方案。讨论了水处理阳 再生剂由硫酸改盐酸、单室浮动床改双室沸腾浮动床的必然性和实际可行性,分析了扩容改造的经济效益和社会效益,结果表明每年可节约生产费用约130×1064RMB。 Capacity expansion of water treatment unit from 320t/h to 600t/h in Shijiazhuang Refinery was introduced. The existing problems and resolving methods for water treatment were analyzed from the practical production. Technical necessity and practical feasibility of replacing sulfuric acid with hydrochloric acid as the cationite regenerant and replacing the single-cell floating bed with the double-cell ebullated bed were discussed. Both economic and social benefits were analyzed. The result showed that the annual production costs can be saved by 1300000 RMB ¥.
