摘要
以船用电动调节阀运行中的几个常见故障为例,针对调节阀无法电动操作、卡阀、电动执行机构空转而阀门不动作、电动调节阀频繁振荡等现象,分别进行了原因分析,并给出了处理建议。希望对船用电动调节阀的设计师和用户有所借鉴和启迪,尽量避免和减少问题的发生,进一步提高船用电动调节阀的设计和应用水平。
Taking example of the severa common failure in the operation of marine electic regulating valve,this paper analyzes the causes of unable operating electrically,blocking of valve,idling of electric actuator,surging of electric regulating valve.Then the settling advice are given as the reference and enlightenment to the designers and customers of the electric regulating valve.The failure is avoided and reduced as much as possible.The level of design and application are further improved for the marine electric regulating valve.
