普通转录因子TFⅡB与肝细胞癌相关的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 普通转录因子(transcription factor,TF)ⅡB是形成转录起始复合物(PIC)的重要组成部分,可促进TFⅡD的TATA结合蛋白(TBP)亚基与RNA聚合酶Ⅱ(RNA PolⅡ)结合,决定转录起始位点。TFⅡB是一些反式调控元件的作用靶点,许多病毒通过这些反式调控元件作用于TFⅡB,其中包括乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)。许多与肝细胞癌密切相关的癌基因、抑癌基因通过与TFⅡB相互作用调控转录。TFⅡB可能与肝细胞癌的发生、发展密切相关。 General transcription factor ⅡB is an essential component of preinitiation complex,which binds the TATA-binding protein(TBP) subunit of TFⅡD to RNA polyase Ⅱ and is primarily responsible for promoter recognition.TFⅡB has also been proposed as a target of some trans-acting element,through which a series of viral interact with TFⅡB,including hepatite B virus(HBV).A vast number of oncogenes and cancer suppressor genes modulate transcription requiring TFⅡB.Thus,TFⅡB may play an extensive role in hepatocellular cacinoma pathogenesis and progression.
