摘要
为了解决寒地水稻农户自主催芽催芽效率低,催芽率无保障的问题,设计研制了一种大型智能控温水稻集中浸种催芽设备。确定了该设备的主要结构和参数,该设备占地4 500 m2,可一批次生产芽种900 t。阐述了水稻芽种加工流程及使用注意事项。实践表明,该设备结构和参数设计合理,催芽率达到99%以上,能满足垦区各农场进行集中浸种催芽的要求,效果好且安全可靠。
In order to solve the problems of inefficiency and insecurity on germination rate to farmers soaking germination independently,design and develop of a large-scale concentrated soaking germination equipment under optimum temperature control for rice.The main structure and parameters were identified.The equipment covers 4 500 square meters and can produce a batch buds of 900 tons.Describe the process of processing rice bud seed and the use cautions.Practice shows that the device structure and parameter rationally designed,the rate of germination was more than 99%,meet the requirements of the soaking germination on concentration of farms,it is effective and secure.
