两种防霉剂对高水分苜蓿干草主要菌种抑菌效果初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 以东北地区含水量25.2%的苜蓿干草捆中所含主要真菌黑曲霉和草酸青霉为菌种材料,测定乙酸、甲醛对其最低抑菌浓度(MIC=minimal Inhibition Concentration)。结果表明,乙酸的黑曲霉MIC为1.5%,草酸青霉MIC为0.7%,甲醛两种真菌的MIC均为0.2%。 The studies on several additives for storing high moisture alfalfa hay at northeast region of China were conducted.The 25.2% moisture alfalfa hay was taken as the material to determine Minimal Inhibition Concentration(MIC) of ethanoic acid,the formaldehyde on Aspergillus niger and Penicillium oxalicum Currie Thom.The result shows that the MIC of ethanoic acid is 1.5% and 0.7%,the MIC of formaldehyde is 0.2%.
