摘要
岩心图像采集仪一般由CCD摄录、电机控制和其他辅助设备构成。由于CCD摄录系统是其组成的主要部分,大多数的研究都集中在对岩心进行图像采集和图像处理上,进而忽略了电机运动控制系统对扫描装置的影响。为了更好提高电机控制系统运动的稳定性和准确性,以AT89S52单片机为核心构成步进电机控制器,并采用了光电编码器检测转角位置构成闭环控制,通过PID调节使得步进电机运动系统快速准确的达到给定位置,以保证岩心与光学系统的同步运动。
Core image acquisition instrument generally is composed of CCD video,motor control and other auxiliary equipments.Because the CCD video system is the main part,most studies have focused on the core image acquisition and image processing,and then ignoring the motor sports control system for scanning device.In order to improve the stability of motor control system movement and accuracy,the stepping motor controller was constituted based on AT89S52 MCU,which uses photoelectric encoder to detect angular direction and then construct the closed loop control systems,motion control system of stepping motor can reach a given position quickly and accurately through PID regulation.
