摘要
领导活动过程中始终存在着一个价值问题,领导者常常会面临着各种价值难题。为谁领导,怎样进行领导,判断领导好坏的标准是什么,这类问题不仅涉及到权力观、政绩观、利益观、而且涉及到领导者的道德观、人生观、世界观。领导价值事关组织的成败和国家的兴衰,是领导活动的出发点和归宿。领导价值包括领导者价值、领导活动的价值、领导方法与艺术的价值等多个层面。细化领导价值研究,有助于帮助领导者进行价值判断、价值选择及价值评价。在价值理念日益多元的背景下,深化领导价值研究显得极为重要和迫切。
There is a value problem haunting in the process of leadership, Leaders are often confronted with various value choic l%r whom does a leader work for? How to carry out leadership? This problem is related to not only the viewpoints on authority, political achievements, benefit, but also the perception on the morality, life world, and so on. All of these are related to the value of leadership, which is engaged in the vicissitude shutting success or failure the country. Leadership value includes leader value, leader work value, method and art of leadership. Concrete studying on leadersh value will help a leader to carry out value judgment, value choice and value evaluation. Under the situation of the rapid changes society and gradually pluralistic people's value, Researching leadership value is very important .
