摘要
通过实证调查研究的方法,对湛江、大连、南宁、宁夏盐池县等878名基层党政领导干部的工作满意度进行问卷调查,通过因素分析结果得出基层党政领导干部的满意度结构主要包含社会认可、工作条件、单位氛围、个人发展、工作本身和经济报酬六个方面。在此基础上发现基层党政领导干部工作满意度呈中等偏上水平,其中大连地区领导干部工作满意度水平最高,南宁次之,湛江和盐池干部的总体满意度水平相对最低。通过对工作满意度差异比较分析,可以看出研究成果在干部管理、组织诊断、人员培训等方面的实际应用价值。
TThis article adopts the real diagnosis investigation and study the method,To Zhanjiang, Dalian, Nanning, the Ningxia Yanehi County and so on 878 leading cadre's work degree of satisfaction to carry on the questionnaire survey,through the factor analysis result leading cadre' s degree of satisfaction structure mainly to contain the society to approve, the working condition, the unit atmosphere, individual development, works itself and the economical reward six aspects. Studied in this foundation discusses the leading cadre to work the degree of satisfaction to assume on the medium level. Dalian area the leading cadre to work the degree of satisfaction level to be highest, Zhanjiang is next, Nanning and the Ningxia Yanchi cadre' s overall degree of satisfaction level relative lowest. Through to work degree of satisfaction difference comparative analysis, Proposed the research results manage, the organization in the cadre diagnose, aspect and so on personnel training practical application values.
