许多深受传统意识形态干扰的非科学的东西制约了当前我国的政党制度比较研究,使之难以走向深入。要使我国政党制度比较研究真正步入科学研究的境界,并真正发挥其应有的有益于社会实践、社会发展的功能,就必须认真把握好可比性的问题和切入点的问题,紧密结合政治体系、政治过程和政治发展等重要维度,用科学的态度和方法客观公正地看待不同政党制度的长短优劣。惟其如此,我们才可能找到一条真正能够有益于中国特色社会主义民主政治、政党政治稳健发展的现实路径。

The study of comparative party system in contemporary China is constrained by many nonscientific things disturbed by traditional ideologies and therefore is difficult to advance.To make comparative party system in China become really scientific and truly fulfill its proper functions for social practice and social development,we must seriously grasp the issues of comparability and pertinence,closely integrate important dimensions such political system,political process and political development,and impartially recognize the advantages and disadvantages of different party systems with a scientific attitude and method.Only by this,can we find a practical path that is genuinely beneficial for a socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics and for the solid development of party politics.
