采用初等方法,通过归纳,猜想得出二进制数字之和函数的高次(t次)均值的精确计算公式,并给予证明.
Element method and supposition were used to obtain a principle,that was used to obtain an exact calculating formula of high power mean values of digital function sum,and the proof was given.
