摘要
为了建立一套切实可行的氧化还原法分离润滑油基础油中各类硫化物的方案,选择氧化剂TBAPI和MCPBA 分别对模型硫化物环戊硫醚、二苯并噻吩进行氧化, 并选择还原剂LiAlH4 对各自的氧化产物进行还原,利用红外分析法考察了氧化、还原前后分子结构的变化。采用氧化还原法对高硫润滑油基础油中的含硫化合物进行了分离富集,考察了氧化时间和氧化剂量对分离效果的影响。利用GC/MS鉴定分离出的硫化物的结构和类型。结果表明,硫醚类化合物主要是带复杂长侧链的五元环和六元环硫醚,噻吩类化合物主要是烷基噻吩、苯并噻吩、二苯并噻吩及其同系物。
In order to study the feasibility of the separating scheme of sulfur compounds from lube base oils by oxidation reduction method,oxidant TBAPI and MCPMA were selected to oxidize thio lane a nd dibenzothiophene separately,reductant LiAlH 4 was used to reduce their oxidized products.The change of compound structure was indentified by IR.The conversion of oxidation reduction and recovery of sulfur compounds are all more than 80%.The oxidation reduction method was used to isolate sulfide and thiophene from lube base oils.The influence of oxidant volume and oxidation time were studied,GC/MS detected that most of the sulfides were cyclic sulfides with complex side chains and the thiophenes were alkythiophene,benzpthiophene,dibenzophene and their homologues.
