摘要
采用物理抽提与化学反应相结合的方法提高润滑油精制过程中氮化物脱除率,即在润滑油糠醛精制过程中加入助剂,使其与氮化物进行反应,从而脱除油中的氮化物,使润滑油基础油的氧化安定性变好。实验考察了加入助剂后糠醛精制过程中助剂加入量、剂油比、精制温度、精制时间等精制条件及白土补充精制过程中白土加入量、精制温度、精制时间、焙烧温度等条件对碱氮脱除率的影响。实验结果表明,糠醛精制过程中对碱氮脱除率影响最大的是助剂加入量,其次是剂油比,而其它条件几乎无影响;加剂后白土精制的白土加入量对碱氮脱除率的影响相对变弱,在很少的白土加入量下即可满足脱氮要求。
The paper discusses the improvement of denitride ratio in lubricating oil furfural refining by the method of combing physical extraction and chemical reaction, that is, adding assistants to the furfural solvent refining process, letting the assistants reacting with nitride and improving the stability of basic oil. The experiments examine the influence of different factors such as assistant quantity, solvent/oil ratio, refining temperature and refining time on denitride process after adding assistants. The experiments also examine the influence of white bauxite quantity, refining temperature, refining time and roasting temperature on denitride in white bauxite supplementing refining process. The results show that the quantity of assistants used is the most influential factor on the refining results, the next influential factor is solvent/oil ratio, while the other factors have little influence in furfural extraction process. The effect of white bauxite quantity on denitride is relatively weaker after adding assistants. Using very litttle quantity of white bauxite can meet the need of denitride.
