摘要 游梁式双驴头双井抽油机是一种新型的节能抽油机,对它进行优化设计不论从节能方面还是从实用和经济方面考虑,都有非常重要的价值。在单目标优化设计中,采用不同的目标函数,会得到不同的优化结果,这样的优化结果都是局部最优解。因此,采用各目标函数先单目标自动寻优,得到8 种方案。然后按多目标综合判优原则,综合考虑最大扭矩因数Tmax 值最小、最大加速度amax 值最小、交变载荷系数CLF值最小、均方根扭矩值最小等后,从8 种方案中选择最优值。用这种方法得到的优化解,与不同类型的抽油机相比,节能效果显著,总体积相对减小,整体重量减轻,最大扭矩因数和最大悬点加速度均减小。 The beam double-well pumping-unit is a new type of energy-saving pumping-unit. It is very important for both energy-saving and economy to optimize the kind of pumping-unit. In single-object optimization, when the object-function is different, the optimizing results are different, and the these results are local optimizing results, therefore, optimazing design automatically based on each single-object function first can obtain 8 design scheme, then according to multi-object principle, after minimizing the maxium torque factor T max , minimizing the maxium acceleration a max , minimizing C LF , minimizing the mean square root of torque value have been considered together, the optimum design can be obtained from the 8 scheme. Compared to the other kinds of pumping-unit, the largest torque-coefficient and the largest acceleration of the new type of optimized pumping-unit are smaller.
