高温泡沫剂与防膨剂的配伍性研究

Study on compatibility of high-temperature foam agent and anti-swelling agent

研究了高温泡沫剂GFPJ-1与防膨剂CH-1、CH-2的配伍性。一方面,考查了高温泡沫剂GFPJ-1对防膨剂CH-1、CH-2防膨效果的影响;另一方面,研究了防膨剂CH-1、CH-2对高温泡沫剂GFPJ-1发泡性能的影响。结果表明,高温泡沫剂基本上不影响防膨剂的防膨效果,防膨剂对高温泡沫剂的发泡性能有一定的影响;当w(防膨剂)≤0.5%时,防膨剂对高温泡沫剂的发泡性能影响较小,当w(防膨剂)>0.5%时,防膨剂对高温泡沫剂的发泡性能影响较大。不同防膨剂CH-1、CH-2对于同一种高温泡沫剂的发泡性能具有不同的影响。

The compatibility of high-temperature foam agent GFPJ-1 and anti-swelling agent CH-1,CH-2 was studied.On the one hand,the effects of high-temperature foam agent GFPJ-1 on anti-swelling rate of anti-swelling agent CH-1,CH-2 were examined and on the other hand,the effects of anti-swelling agent CH-1,CH- 2 on the foaming performance of high-temperature foam agent GFPJ-1 were studied.The results showed that high-temperature foam agent had not obvious effect on anti-swelling rate of anti-swelling agent and that anti-swelling agent had certain effect on the foaming performance of high-temperature foam agent.As the content of anti-swelling agent was≤0.5%,the effect of anti-swelling agent on the foaming performance of high-temperature foam agent was small and as the content of anti-swelling agent was0.5%,the effect of anti-swelling agent on the foaming performance of high-temperature foam agent was obvious.Different anti-swelling agents CH-1, CH-2 had different effects on the foaming performance of the same kind of high-temperature foam agent.
