摘要
城镇综合改革建设的加速推进,对综合改革试点小城镇配电网规划提出了高标准要求。分析了目前城镇配电网发展滞后的问题,有针对性地提出了试点小城镇配电网规划的注意事项,并以福建省闽侯县荆溪试点镇配电网规划为例,具体进行说明。荆溪镇配电网规划的实施成效良好。
With the acceleration of the comprehensive construction reform in towns,higher standard and requirement are advanced focusing on the pilot towns＇ distribution network planning of comprehensive construction reform.The factors that distribution network in town lags behind are analyzed,and some targeted attentions about distribution network planning of the pilot towns are brought forward.Given the planning of Jinxi pilot town in Minhou county of Fujian province as an example,these improvements are describes in detail.Some good effects are achieved from the application to Jinxi pilot town.
