摘要
根据动滑轮和定滑轮的运动特点,研究了MK7-3型拦阻装置中滑轮组索在动滑轮组和定滑轮组中的缠绕方式,建立了拦阻装置动滑轮组和定滑轮组中各滑轮钢索拉出长度数学模型,分析了各滑轮的转速运动特点和滑轮轴承的磨损特点。研究发现:MK7-3型拦阻装置的钢索缠绕比是18∶1,阻拦机中靠近阻拦索的滑轮转速最快,与钢索末端缓冲装置相连的滑轮转速最慢。
According to the kinematics character of the fixed pulley and movable block, the twist mode of the purchase cable in the fixed sheave assembly and crosshead for MK7-3 arresting gear is researched,establishing a mathematical model of the draw-out purchase cable length in the fixed sheave assembly and crosshead, analyzing the kinematics character of the every sheave and the wearing character of the roller bearing. It is found that the cable wrapping rate of MKT-3 arresting gear is 18:1 ,and the speeding of the block approaching the cross deck pendants is the fastest, and the speeding of the block approaching the cable anchor damper is the slowest.
